About the role:
The Procurement and Commercial Manager takes ownership of commercial processes from initiation to completion, through negotiations, contract signature and beyond. This role supports the organization’s various business units by managing multiple procurement and commercial activities, ensuring successful negotiations, and aligning strategies with global business needs.

 

What Would You Be Doing:

Commercial Process Ownership:

  • Initiate, lead, and take full ownership of commercial processes, from the initial approach to contract signature and post-contractual phases.
  • Manage multiple concurrent commercial processes, ensuring alignment with different business units.

Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Through collaboration, ensure successful delivery of services across varied disciplines such as Marketing, IT, Sports and Gaming.
Negotiation Leadership:
  • Lead successful commercial negotiations across diverse domains, securing agreements that meet both business and financial targets.
  • Employ a strategic approach to achieving favorable outcomes.
Industry Expertise:
  • Leverage knowledge of the iGaming industry (preferred but not mandatory) to optimize procurement and commercial strategies.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and industry developments.

Global Commercial Role:

  • Demonstrate successful experience in a multinational environment, collaborating with colleagues and third parties from across the globe.
  • Adapt to diverse cultural and operational frameworks to achieve objectives.
Risk Mitigation and Compliance:
  • Assess and minimize risks associated with supplier relationships and commercial agreements.
  • Adhere to ethical, sustainable, and legal practice

 

What Makes You a Strong Candidate:

  • Proven ability to manage and multitask across multiple commercial processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a multinational setting, working effectively with global teams and partners.
  • Adaptability and ability to quickly respond to internal and external developments, changes in goals, and evolving requirements in a dynamic and rewarding business environment.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes on an occasional basis.
