Position scope:
The Studio Production Coordinator will play a key role in leading studio production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role involves resource management, coordinating suppliers and contractors, overseeing installation processes, and maintaining compliance with Health and Safety regulations. The coordinator will handle reporting, maintain studio facilities, support studio operations, and collaborate with Project Managers on launch timelines. Travel may be required to supervise international studio construction and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Takes lead in the production of studios and has shared responsibility for a successful and timely Studio delivery;
- Ensures that all the work resources are distributed to maximise timing and effectively manage priorities;
- Manage suppliers and contractors, enduring the delivery dates of their work, follow-up with suppliers/contractors on costs, foresee delays;
- Assist in installation process and ensure the delivery is according to provided plans, renders and guidelines;
- Communicate with Health and Safety department and announce any external personnel so that they are registered and work on our premises within the extent of the local laws;
- Ensure that all company procedures and processes are followed and implemented;
- Monitor, report and maintain anything related to the studios and studio's construction and also after go-live;
- Ensure that Studios remain in operating order;
- Report and fix the Studio decorations via the technical teams;
- Take meeting minutes and report to the Head of Studio Production;
- Align with the Project Managers in regard to the launch date of the new studios;
- Any other support required on the operational side for the Live Studio;
- Availability for travel in order to supervise the construction and execution of studios located outside the country.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Professional experience in a similar rol or a position in a construction field;
- Communication and time management skills;
- Fluent English.
