ABOUT THE ROLE
The Payroll Executive is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely execution of payroll operations and administrative payroll activities, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies. 
In order to properly review and process your application, CV's must be submitted in English.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Collect, verify, and process payroll-related information required for salary calculations.
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR and payroll systems.
  • Verify attendance records, leave requests, overtime, bonuses, and other payroll elements.
  • Support the monthly payroll process and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Prepare payroll-related documents and employee certificates upon request.
  • Provide support to employees regarding payroll, taxes, and related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and managers to clarify payroll-related information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employees and payroll data.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal procedures.
  • Support payroll audits and administrative activities. 
 
WHAT WE ASK OF YOUEssential
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or payroll-related role is considered an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Advanced English level.
