ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Monitoring Specialist is responsible for continuously overseeing operational activities, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with internal procedures, service standards, and security requirements. The role focuses on identifying irregularities, monitoring live activity, escalating potential issues, and supporting operational integrity through accurate reporting and documentation.
What you'll be doing:
Real-time Monitoring
- Monitor live operational activity, promotions, and player interactions in real time.
- Detect suspicious, irregular, or non-compliant behavior.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirement.
- Track operational performance and flag incidents.
- Escalate incidents promptly
- Provide detailed incident reports and evidence when required
- Work closely with Operations, Team managers, Game presenters
Quality assurance Support
- Documentation and feedback for process improvement
- Contribute to improving monitoring process and controls
- Maintain accurate monitoring logs and incident reports
- Prepare daily/weekly monitoring summaries
- Ensure all activities are documented in accordance with company procedures
What we ask of you:
- Strong ability to identify patterns, irregularities, and operational risks
- High level of accuracy when reviewing activity and reports
- Ability to assess situations quickly and escalate appropriately
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
Technical Requirements
- Experience working with monitoring tools, dashboards, or operational systems
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills
- Familiarity with ticketing or incident management systems is an advantage
Work Conditions
- Ability to work in shifts, including evening, night, weekends or holidays
- Fast-paced operational environment
- Continuous monitoring of live systems and activities
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English with proficient written and verbal communication.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Initiative and proactivity in work.
