We are looking to hire a Marketing Services Manager to join our team! 

Position Summary Description:

The Marketing Services Manager will partner with channel marketing leaders to develop and execute channel and product marketing plans, tactics and communications programs to support segment strategies.  Additionally, the they will be responsibile for developing and managing marketing and communications programs and materials to support sales, segment and corporate initiatives.

The Marketing Services Manager’s Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with Channel Marketing Leaders to develop and execute segment and product marketing plans, tactics and programs.
  • Work with Product Management to plan and conduct new product launches and develop any required supporting materials.
  • Manage PR and Social Media for the organization both directly and through agencies.
  • Manage and develop Promotions, Programs and Rewards programs to support customer & internal initiatives and development of any required supporting materials.
  • Develop literature, flyers, package stuffers, custom product artwork, displays, samples and other assets to support customer and internal intiatives.
  • Manage the development, publishing and distribution of all catalogues and price books.
  • Manage Company Branding – signs, artwork, letterhead, business cards, etc.
  • Develop and copy write product content for print, digital and website requirements including descriptions & selling points.
  • Manage creation and cataloging of digital assets, including: Product & glamour photography, 360 degree photography, corporate imagery & video.
  • Plumbmaster and Speakman website content curation (Instructions, images, videos, tech sheets, etc.)
  • Tradeshow management including planning, creative asset and literature development, execution, staffing and developing pre-show promotions & follow ups.
  • Manage company premiums to support sales initiatives – shirts, WB truck, pens, hats, etc.
  • Developing & managing the company’s local area charitable partnerships

The successful candidate must have the following experience and skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management.
  • People and project management in a marketing environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent programs 
  • Marketing automation experience such as Hubspot or Marketo is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
