The Social Media & Marketing Campaign Coordinator is responsible for building, managing and growing our social media presence.  Must be passionate about staying current with social media marketing trends and driving brand presence for engagement. You will be active on social media, creating content and analyzing data to improve our following, engagement and web traffic.  In addition, you will coordinate our campaigns to help drive overall sales.  Our ideal candidate has built a robust presence through social media for yourself, or others, and are willing to showcase/leverage that talent. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing social media content calendar with curated and original content for all brands
  • Create, schedule and publish engaging social media content
  • Manage, monitor and track day-to-day social media activity & engagement
  • Research, write and edit content for multiple social media platforms
  • Write and edit content for social media and marketing campaigns
  • Answer social media queries, messages, and comments in a prompt and professional manner
  • Supporting the sales and marketing initiatives for programs/products through social media, email, and other strategies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and technologies in Social & Digital Marketing
  • Propose new ideas and concepts.
  • Analysis of Marketing efforts and traffic driven to our sites.
  • Coordinate Marketing Campaign efforts for our sales force, by email and by web.
  • Other marketing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Knowledgeable using social media dashboards and reporting
  • Knowledgeable of social advertising
  • Familiarity and the ability to use 3rd party applications such as Canva, Pic Stitch, Word Swag, etc.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Experience using Instagram Stories
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience
  • Graphic Design (desired)

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Social Media Marketing, Advertising, Marketing or Communications
  • Upcoming grads also welcome to apply
