Project Manager
Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, identifying dependencies, and adhering to deadlines
- Propose solutions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure teams' actions stay synchronized
- Communicate with management and executives to keep the project aligned with goals and schedules
- Define and deliver program progress reports, including delinquencies and changes
- Track the development of all document deliverables – including ICs, DERs, RDKs, Datasheets, Appnotes and PI Expert (internal software) modules
- Create, curate and manage a database of deliverables and NPI schedules
- Structure and create a regular report of NPI materials progress, schedules and deliverables for review in Metrics monthly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or project management
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences program
- Experience in project management tools (Playbook is a plus)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Gantt chart
- Familiarity with program management methodologies (Agile and Phase-gate processes)
- Familiarity with product development (hardware/semiconductor preferred)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Decisiveness in problem-solving
- Proactive in resolving challenges
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Time management skills
