About the Role
 
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern with a passion for people, technology, and improving how work gets done using AI and automation. In this role, you will support key moments across the candidate lifecycle and employee lifecycle, gaining hands on experience in both HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.

You will play an important role in helping us deliver a delightful employee and candidate experience by using Microsoft Platform integrations, AI enabled tools and workflow automation to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve operational efficiency. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is curious, proactive, and excited to bring AI’s capabilities to life within HR.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Optimize talent acquisition processes using AI and automation
• Build workflows 
• Support AI pilots such as resume summarization and candidate matching
• Create documentation and dashboards
 
Required Qualifications
• 3rd year in college (or MS/PhD) in a related field
• Strong interest in AI and automation
• Analytical and communication skills
 
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft Platform
• Familiarity with ATS or HR systems
• Basic AI/ML knowledge

Power Integrations is committed to building teams that drive innovation and therefore review a range of factors when determining compensation.  The hourly pay range for this internship is $32 to $34. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, qualifications and work location.  
 
The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for this intern in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
