Role Overview
Based in Ense (Soest District), Germany, the Inside Sales is a key member of our global High-Power Sales team, providing essential operational and analytical support to field sales, distribution and internal stakeholders. The role requires a structured, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and take ownership of deliverable quality and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Salesforce (SFDC) support for the High-Power business, including operations update tracking, data analysis, pricing and quote management
- Monthly analysis of Point of Sales (POSC) data and POSC resale activity
- Distribution support covering logistics, delivery coordination and RMA processing
- Global product sample management and coordination of sample shipments
- RMA and Jira administration support for the field sales team
- Action item tracking from QBOs, exhibitions and internal meetings
- Internal sales support for order tracking, including Coda A sample management and pull-in / push-out / delay coordination
- Update and maintenance of the High-Power presentation folder
- Consolidation and preparation of materials for the weekly High Power team meeting
- Support for the monthly Global High Power Forecast review
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a sales operations, sales support or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM; familiarity with Jira is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with sales data and operational reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organised with a structured, methodical approach and strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage
- Vocational or professional qualification relevant to the role or actively working towards one.
