Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role consists of prospecting, qualifying, and generating leads via phone calls and emails through the sales pipeline. This role will work closely with our Account Executives, while also identifying customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

New Sales
●    Identifying and calling potential new clients and passing details to the sales team and booking demonstrations for the team
●    Doing research on the nature and activities of prospective customers being targeted by the sales team
●    Identifying and understanding the prospect’s strategy, business requirements and objectives
 
Key Skills
●    Knowledge of the Hire Industry (beneficial)
●    High degree of self-drive tenacity and resilience
●    Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and negotiation skills
●    Excellent communication, planning, time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills

Job Type: Full-Time. M-F; 8a-5p. Base Salary + Commission.
