Job Summary:

Point of Rental is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing, integrating, and optimizing our revenue technology stack to support our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and drive growth. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy problem-solver with a strong background in sales systems, quoting processes, data analysis, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Technology: Serve as an administrator and consultant for key revenue operations tools, including Outreach, Salesforce, Gong, Asana, Zoom, and ZoomInfo.
  • Sales Process & Quoting Management: Support the quote-to-cash process, including the administration of our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tool, product SKU, and pricing updates.
  • Marketing Automation & Integration: Build and maintain automations using tools like Zapier to connect marketing platforms with our CRM.
  • Salesforce Reporting & Data Analysis: Build simple reports within Salesforce to support marketing.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the revenue operations ecosystem.

Qualifications:

We don't expect you to be an expert in all of these areas on day one. We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation and a passion for learning. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain deep experience in the following business-critical systems and skillsets:
  • Strong proficiency in building and maintaining complex reports and dashboards within Salesforce is required.
  • Proven experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations role.
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ) and managing quoting or product catalog systems.
  • Understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategies and how to support them with technology and process.
  • Hands-on experience administering CRM and sales engagement technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong).
  • Experience with marketing automation and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Tray.io) is a strong plus.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing new tools and processes.
  • A problem-solver with the technical aptitude to troubleshoot system and data integration issues.
Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt. Base Salary + Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision) + 120 Hours PTO + 100% 401(k) Matching (Up to 4%). Open to 100% Remote or Hybrid Environments.
The base pay range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 per year The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, experience and training, skills, licenses and certifications, and education among other factors.
