The Role

We do not just need someone to write content. We need a Content Strategist who can own the bigger picture:
  • Why are we creating this piece?
  • Who is it for?
  • How does it drive results?
You will build a content strategy that connects the dots, and then roll up your sleeves to create the kind of blogs, case studies, thought leadership articles, press releases, and email campaigns that people actually want to read. If you can think strategically, write with impact, and collaborate with creative teammates, you will thrive here.

What You Will Do

  • Build and own our B2B content strategy across Point of Rental and Record360.
  • Write blogs, case studies, thought leadership articles, email campaigns, press releases, and landing pages.
  • Make sure our content is not just written but discovered by planning and optimizing for SEO.
  • Work with the Growth Marketing Manager to turn landing pages into conversion machines.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager so posts have purpose, not just presence.
  • Lead the charge on our email content from strategy to execution.
  • Share our customer success stories through compelling case studies.
  • Establish and publish thought leadership pieces that position our brand as a trusted voice in the industry.
  • Track, measure, and report on KPIs like organic traffic, engagement, and leads.
  • Embrace AI tools to brainstorm, scale, and enhance your output.

What You Bring

  • Experience in B2B content strategy and writing.
  • A strong portfolio that shows you can adapt your writing to different formats and audiences,
  • An understanding of SEO and how content drives growth.
  • A self-starter attitude with a collaborative spirit.
  • Curiosity and openness to experimenting with AI-powered content tools.
Job TypeFull-Time, Exempt. Base Salary + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) + PTO + 100% 401(k) Matching (Up to 4%). Open to On-Site, Hybrid, or 100% Remote Environments.
The base pay range for this position is $70,000 to $95,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, experience and training, skills, licenses and certifications, and education among other factors.
