We are looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager who is well-versed in ERP reporting, specifically in Google Looker and Salesforce, along with a solid background in systems integration and cloud migration. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing diverse projects, including Salesforce development and infrastructure migration, and be proficient in using automation tools like tray.io and Zapier. The ability to leverage AI for code generation, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills, a servant leadership mindset, and effective leadership of both technical and non-technical stakeholders, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage CPQ and billing projects across the quote to cash lifecycle, ensuring accurate configuration of products, pricing, discounts, approvals, invoicing, and related processes.
- Oversee the design, configuration, and optimization of the Company’s CPQ and billing platforms, including quote creation, order generation, billing schedules, tax handling, subscriptions, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
- Direct integration efforts between CPQ and billing systems and other enterprise applications, including CRM, ERP, and general ledger systems, to ensure consistent and reconciled data for quotes, orders, invoices, payments, and revenue recognition.
- Plan and manage migrations from legacy quoting and billing tools into the Company’s CPQ and billing platforms, including product catalog, price books, contracts, subscriptions, and billing data, while minimizing disruption to quoting and invoicing activities.
- Utilize project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, and Azure DevOps for detailed planning, tracking, and management of CPQ and billing project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Use AI technologies, including ChatGPT, to accelerate configuration design, user stories, test cases, training materials, and technical documentation for CPQ and billing initiatives.
- Embody a servant leader approach, building strong collaboration among Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, IT, and other stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement of CPQ and billing processes.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams on CPQ and billing projects, ensuring clear requirements, transparent status communication, and alignment on scope, priorities, and tradeoffs.
- Apply advanced problem solving to resolve CPQ and billing issues, including pricing and discounting defects, approval bottlenecks, tax and compliance concerns, billing errors, subscription edge cases, and data quality problems, ensuring timely and successful project and release outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of project management experience, with a demonstrated track record in ERP reporting (Google Looker, Salesforce), systems integration, and cloud migration projects.
- Expertise in project management software (Asana, JIRA, Azure DevOps) and familiarity with automation tools (tray.io, Zapier).
- Strong technical foundation with experience leveraging AI for code generation.
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on servant leadership, capable of motivating and guiding diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the proficiency to connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Robust problem-solving capabilities, with a keen focus on innovative solutions and efficiency.
