Implementation Specialist
 
Description

Requirements
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for designing -tailoring- and delivering effective Client training programs, creating proactive and responsive solutions to business needs, and seizing opportunities for continuous improvement in individual, team, business unit, and organizational knowledge. Specific duties include preparing and facilitating training courses, both live and online, reviewing client business processes, setting up Point of Rental applications, and checking data integrity by partnering with the Data Team and Client.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide training services on Point of Rental suite of solutions to clients.
  • Jointly with our L&D department develop realistic and effective training courses and programs that include appropriate media and learning strategies/approaches.
  • Schedule and deliver training in a timely manner to ensure the implementation project timeline remains on target.
  • Complete all training reporting and administrative requirements promptly and accurately, including pre-training assessments and post-training summaries.
  • Demonstrate the ability to resolve Client and training issues and to escalate to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Deliver all aspects of training in a professional and competent manner.
  • Proactively work with others across all departments to ensure high technical accuracy in product training.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the Point-of-Rental Suite proactively and stay up to date on current trends and best practices.
  • Actively identify consultancy opportunities, referring to the right department for sales and execution.
  • Work independently, efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in Implementation and/or Training of web-based software solutions.
  • Experience delivering webinars using Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or other similar mediums.
  • Experience delivering stand-up instructor-led sessions to large audiences.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and exhibits the company’s core values at any time.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the customer’s business operations and the ability to interpret customer goals, objectives, and accountabilities.
  • High proficiency in training, coaching, and consultative leadership
  • Ability to instruct training classes at conferences and other customer engagement opportunities.
  • High-level knowledge of enterprise IT structures, business, and technical environments
Job Requirements
  • Excellent presentation, training, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in a variety of training delivery methods including classroom, computer, Web, and virtual classroom
  • Strong understanding of eLearning technologies and online systems
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Associate Degree or comparable education
  • Up to 15% travel
Desired additional competencies
  • Knowledge of the Rental industry, rate structures, and rental industry best practices
  • Knowledge of database structures (SQL)

 

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt. Base Salary + Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision) + PTO + 100% 401(k) matching (up to 4%). M-F; Daytime Hours. Work Environment: Open to Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote.

The base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 per year. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, experience and training, skills, licenses and certifications, and education among other factors.
