Position Overview:

The Global Mobility Counselor is responsible for working with relocating employees and clients by administering the end-to-end relocation process, providing customer service support, and educating on benefit policies. 

Working Location:  This is a remote (home office) position is open to Singaporeans

 Essential functions:

  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for designated relocating employees
  • Lead relocating employees through each stage of their move by educating on expectations, expenses, taxes, timelines, service options, and resources
  • Interpret relocation benefit policies and evaluate or recommend options available based on individual needs
  • Coordinate mobility supplier services and monitor for effectiveness, cost, and quality
  • Complete check-ins and manage ongoing relocating employee requests
  • Learn and execute each client’s culture and philosophy toward mobility to develop and maintain customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement service improvement opportunities and program enhancements
  • Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and colleagues

 Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in global mobility, managing corporate relocations
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously, as well as be part of a successful team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to learn new software programs or applications that are used in Plus’s business operations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of relocation services is a PLUS
