Work collaboratively with other members of the rewards team to help manage the existing portfolio of Rewards Partners.  Making Optimization, engagement, and marketing as standards for successful management of the Rewards funnel.


Maintain and grow the KPI's for each account
Maintain and grow the KPI's for the Program
Meet with Rewards Partners regularly and review KPI's.
Advise Partner on marketing and technology solutions to improve marketing performance.
Keep Partner engaged with the Platform
Construct and negotiate offers that meet expectations of PLAYSTUDIOS, our Rewards Partners, and Players
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our Rewards partners' businesses.
Be able to position our Rewards Platform as a marketing solution
Demonstrate advanced understanding of Digital Marketing strategies, especially in the Land-Based Casino, Hospitality, and Food and Beverage industries.
Work with internal support functions to ensure that every Offer goes live on the Platform
Participate in Weekly Staff and Partner Status Meetings; must be flexible with other time zones Central & East Coast, UK, HK, and Australia
