- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (Open to be on call/occasional weekends)
- Pay Rate: $65,000 per year
Job Summary
The Site Lead – Concierge Team oversees the daily operations of the concierge and front desk staff at a high-profile residential property. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional resident service, maintains consistent building standards, and serves as the key on-site liaison between management, residents, and the client’s property team. The Site Lead embodies the company’s core values—professionalism, hospitality, and reliability—and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming environment that enhances the overall resident experience.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of concierge associates to ensure full coverage and consistent service delivery.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for the team, addressing questions, performance issues, and daily operational needs.
- Conduct training, performance check-ins, and quality assurance walkthroughs to maintain service excellence.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing development of concierge staff in partnership with management.
- Uphold a warm, polished, and professional front desk environment that reflects the property’s standards.
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and solution-oriented service for residents, guests, and vendors.
- Oversee package management, amenity reservations, and key control protocols to maintain accuracy and security.
- Proactively anticipate resident needs and identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction and community engagement.
- Act as the primary liaison with the property management team, ensuring alignment on building policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Communicate updates, resident feedback, and staffing changes with both the client and PLS management.
- Participate in regular site meetings, service reviews, and building walkthroughs with property leadership.
- Support special projects, events, and initiatives that improve service quality or resident engagement.
- Monitor staffing levels, attendance, and adherence to schedules to maintain consistent coverage.
- Ensure all team members follow safety, uniform, and professional conduct standards.
- Handle escalated resident or guest concerns with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain logs, reports, and shift documentation in accordance with company and client requirements.
- Supervise a staff of employees, while working with management to handle all janitorial duties of a site.
- Will order inventory supplies, uniforms, and work orders for sites.
- Inspect completed work for conformance standards.
- Assist during emergencies on site.
- All other job duties as requested/required.
Requirements:
- Experience supervising a staff and day to day operations.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Three years of experience in a Concierge or related role
- Multi tasks work and perform well under pressure.
- Eager to learn and take on additional responsibility.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, reasoning, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, highly organized, attention to detail, courteous, friendly, hardworking, and professional.
- Must be able to work in inclement weather.
- May be required to lift to 50 lbs.
