What you’ll do
As the Resident Services Manager, you will assist residents in the admission process, access and coordinate services with providers. You will support the division goals by providing a chance for change for all residents and assuring access with needed services within the community. You will direct resident file organization. Ensure staff follow proper procedure for vehicles on site. You will oversee front desk staff, Resident Monitors and othes. You may need to cover front desk shifts when necessary, to ensure the best possible results for residents.  You will share on call duties to make sure all shifts have coverage.


What you’ll bring

  • High school diploma or equivalence
  • One-year direct experience with service delivery to individuals with mental illnesses, substance abuse disorders, and/or co-occurring disorders
  • One year supervisory
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to effectively use online software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with outside agencies
  • Strong organizational skills and be detail oriented
  • Experience delivering strong quality customer service
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Current driver's license, clean driving record, valid insurance


Preferably you’ll bring

  • AA or BA degree in social work or related field
  • Scheduling experience
  • Experience and or training in de-escalation
