What you'll do
The Director II with Clinician Oversight for the Treatment & Reentry Services Division at Pioneer Human Services (PHS) is responsible for the management and operational success of a residential reentry center (RRC) and oversight of the Community Treatment Services (CTS) in Spokane and Yakima.

 The Director II with Clinician Oversight meets or exceeds the expectations of the contracting agency, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, by delivering high quality—high impact services and by ensuring that the program and treatment services operate in accordance with applicable law, regulations, contract requirements, PHS policy, and professional standards of quality. The Director is responsible for the administrative management of an organized, clean and safe, efficient, community coordinated, fiscally sound, compliant, and customer driven RRC and high-impact treatment services for clients.

As a member of the Pioneer team, the Director is expected to collaborate with other staff and community partners to promote a pro-social and supportive program climate that encourages the development of independent living skills.

 What you'll bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field.
  • Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of acceptable supervisory and management experience in the re-entry and/human services fields.
  • Licensure/Certification: None
  • Must have an acceptable driving record and valid Washington State Driver’s License.
  • Must have a clear criminal history background check and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
