Pay range for this position is:
$65,478.42- $76,131.00 annually depending on experience

What you’ll do
The Behavioral Health Clinician III is responsible to provide quality counseling, case management, and community support services to clients with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and/or co-occurring disorders at Pioneer Human Services (PHS) using evidence-based and promising practices, effectively meeting the need of PHS's clientele; and documenting treatment and case management service provision in a timely and effective manner.



What you’ll bring


  • Master’s Degree in Mental Health or Human Service filed with curriculum specifically related to counseling and psychology.



  • Designated as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) in Washington State or meet the requirements to become an MHP at time of hire. Requirements for MHP designation listed below:
    • A psychiatrist, psychologist, psychiatric nurse or social worker as defined in chapters 71.05 RCW and 71.34 RCW;
    • A person who is licensed by the Department of Health as a Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Counselor Associate, Marriage and Family Therapist or Marriage and Family Therapist Associate;
    • A person who is registered by the Department of Health as an Agency Affiliated Counselor who has a master’s degree or further advanced degree in counseling or one of the social sciences from an accredited college or uni­versity. In addition, at least two years of experience in direct treatment of person(s) with mental illness or emotional disturbance, such experience gained under the supervision of a mental health professional recognized by the department or attested to by the licensed behavioral health agency.


 Preferably you’ll bring

  • Mental Health Clinical Licensure (LICSW, LICSW-A, LMHC, LMHC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A)
  • Experience post certification/licensure
