Fleet Transportation Accounting Clerk
This position will be responsible for assisting with accounting activities related to fleet and vehicle maintenance shops.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting with Internal and External audit preparations.
- Participating on various teams and projects as opportunities arise.
- Possible vehicle registration processing
- Setting up vehicle equipment in master data
- Scanning regulatory documents to the vehicle system
- Tolls and citation processing
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School completion or GED equivalent
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Internet.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
