Summary:
Position focuses on complex (Further Processing Prepared Foods) ZBB tracking, analysis, and annual preparation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: List from most important to least important |
· Gather, coordinate, and communicate daily/weekly/monthly processing & operation ZBB tracking · Help complex team build annual ZBB files · Identify and analyze variances · Track Utilities, Operating Costs, Packaging / Ingredient Waste, etc.

Language Skills: Must possess the ability to communicate and/or read and understand documents, regulations, company policies and procedure manuals.
