JOB TITLE: QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Computer data entry and auditing
- Maintaining files relating to Quality, HACCP, and SSOPs
- Preparing reports and graphs
- Review Key Customer paperwork for mistakes
- Assisting QA Management with special projects in plant, if needed
- Answering phone and messaging
- Perform various task with the MyQM paperless system
- Must be able to accurately dictate weekly meeting minutes
- Distribute required reports or minutes to designated authorized personnel weekly
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
BASIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
EDUCATION:
High School degree or GED required. Some college or job related experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year general clerical experience.
- Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook). Will be required to become skilled at various other company software and office machines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to read and write English
- Must have excellent interpersonal relation skills.
- Ability to research information and analyze data.
- Highly motivated, self starter, honest, reliable, efficient, able to prioritize projects, accept responsibility and follow through without close supervision. Must be conscientious, good with details, and highly organized.
- Able and willing to work the hours necessary to meet weekly deadlines. Must be able to work overtime and weekends if necessary and with prior approval from Manager or Superintendent
- Must be self motivated to perform simultaneous tasks without close, continuous supervision and eager to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information. Confidentiality is a must.
- Must be able to work alone or in teams.
- Must have a basic understanding of Math.
