Job Description
Perform, track, and maintain animal welfare and biosecurity training for all applicable company and contract labor across multiple facilities and areas.
Track compliance, as well as, perform animal welfare and biosecurity audits at company facilities and contract farms.
Audit and counsel contract catching crews on contract broiler farms.
Review camera footage from contract catch crew and processing plant audits and provide feedback to auditors and contract or company management.
Audit complex compliance with company specific SOPs and programs across farms and facilities.
Perform test, track compliance, and maintain records for compliance with Salmonella program and sampling.
Backup/Assist pullet vaccination crew supervisor when needed.
Backup/assist blood and fat pulling position as needed.
Complete PAACO animal welfare training and certification.
Perform weekly animal welfare assessment at processing plant.
Train and track plant personnel on company specific animal welfare training SOPs.
