DESCRIPTION
 
Summary:
Performs routine and varied clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, compiling records, filing, and other duties as needed.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
Enter daily operational data into SAP and MTech
Balance and reconcile data
Review and prepare weekly grower pay data
Verify inventories and issue supplies to growers
Create requisitions and record receipts of materials and supplies
Prepare and review weekly and monthly operations and accounting reports as required
Communicate with Vendors as needed
Performs other duties as assigned.
Uses required PPE and follow all safety guidelines of the Company.
 
 
Qualifications: (Required/Desired)
1-2 years office or clerical experience
Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
Experience in SAP is preferred but not required
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions as needed
Must have strong organization skills and be very detail oriented
Must have customer service skills
