 Feed Mill Supervisor

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Feed Mill Supervisor for Pilgrim’s in Lufkin, Texas.

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Feed Mill Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll oversee critical operations such as Feed Mill maintenance, scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, , sanitation, budgeting, and productivity while driving continuous improvement through data analysis and process coordination. Responsibilities:

• Monitor feed sampling.
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly.
• Complete all paperwork and reports associated with mill.
• Match feed delivery tickets, etc.
• Minimal, if any, travel is required.
• Routine discomforts from exposure to moderate heat, cold, moisture/wetness, and unpleasant air conditions.
• May involve routine exposure to soiled materials and light chemical substances such as cleaning solutions

What You’ll Need: (pick applicable)

• 3-5 years experience in poultry industry required
• 2 to 5 years of Commercial Feed experience required
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity preferred
• Mechanically inclined preferred.
• Working knowledge of bag feed operations preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred (Word, Excel, etc)
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required

• Base salary range of $58,015.00 - $70,488.00  
• 3-5 years experience in poultry industry required
