Job Description:
- Provide secretarial resources for management team.
- Using computer, prepare documents, spreadsheets and power point presentations.
- Ensure proper copies of documents are communicated to internal and external management.
- Execute routine assignments; perform a variety of general clerical duties and support for management.
- Perform various other duties as needed to ensure efficiency in the Accounting department and assist in tasks associated with Zero Based Budgeting.
- General office procedures including handling phone calls.
- Other duties as needed or required.
