Hourly Rate of $18.00 - $25.00 per hour - $1000 Sign-On Bonus paid out after 90 Days

Pet Paradise Resort is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Associate to perform general maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair work for our resort. In this position you will also be responsible for grounds/landscaping for the resort.
Required Qualifications:
- Two to Four years of related experience
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience and knowledge HVAC, Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing and General Repairs
- Certification in one or more areas via a technical school or other specialized school
