We are currently searching for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our collaborative Operations Team at our San Marco Headquarters in Jacksonville!

The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting resort performance through financial planning, data analysis, and operational reporting. This position partners closely with operational and financial leaders to provide actionable insights that drive efficiency, improve decision-making, and enhance overall business performance. The role also provides direct support to the Senior Operations Analyst and key cross-functional initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Pulling operational data for interpretation, accuracy verification, and analysis
• Reviewing KPIs and developing metrics to more effectively monitor business performance, uncovering trends and inefficiencies
• Creating actionable reports to enhance decision making across resort operations
• Financial planning including budgeting and forecasting
• Project management and support for key operational initiatives
• Monitoring and reporting on resort labor efficiency
• Extracting data from multiple databases and organizing to create actionable reports
• Working to understand each key department’s analysis needs and building reports and tools to help them better understand their results
• Producing ad-hoc analysis and reporting as necessary
• Partnering cross-functionally with Finance & Accounting, High Growth Services, HR, Customer Experience, and other groups as needed
• Supporting Senior Operations Analyst and other members of Operations Team with special projects and process improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 1-3 years of proven experience in a data analytics-based role
• Strong technical abilities pulling and interpreting data, verifying accuracy, analyzing for and identifying trends, and gaining future insights
• Excel power user, able to efficiently create data models
• Experience with Power BI / business intelligence models preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain data accuracy, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Able to effectively communicate with managers, supervisors, employees, and outside vendors/agents
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to function in a sometimes fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Work onsite in an office environment at Pet Paradise HQ, which is located in the San Marco area of Jacksonville
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and ability to pass a criminal background check
