PetMedic is looking for an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team.  At PetMedic, you can help shape the exciting new world of veterinary urgent care. Our fast-paced environment means you’ll do something different every day, but with more regularity and stability than an emergency setting. As part of our team, you’ll work with the latest technology, stay ahead using educational training, and partner with experienced doctors to deliver the highest quality of care to the pet patients we all love. 

Client Service Representative 

PetMedic in Warwick, RI

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner 

• Warmly greets clients and provide exceptional service 

• Entering new client information into the computer system 

•  Following opening and closing procedures 

• Prepares client invoices for services performed 

• Handles payment transactions 

• Receives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly

REQUIREMENTS 

• Minimum of 1 year client service experience 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Strong computer skills
