Complete daily maintenance tracker, inform to Master Mechanic and/or supervisor when walk-through of designated areas are conducted throughout the day. Perform preventive maintenance to all packaging, compounding and warehouse equipment. Perform packaging, and compounding equipment repairs as required (MTCE). Perform training to production personnel in the proper use of equipment. Perform equipment set-up, fine tune and troubleshooting of equipment utilizing ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS methods.


Five (5) years of hands on mechanical experience with packaging equipment from either Pharmaceutical, food, packaging or another similar manufacturing environment. Successful completion of a certification program that is accredited and recognized in the areas of mechanical engineering/mechanical design/troubleshooting etc.


Three (3) years as a Perrigo Set Up Tech plus at least two years of completed education and active enrollment in a Mechanical/Industrial/Production/Electromechanical Engineering program from an accredited university/college

Liquid Filler Experience

Creams and Ointments Filler Machines Experience

Military Experience as a Mechanical engineer or similar position where experience was gained working on hi tech equipment including but not limited to engines and industrial machinery

Milling Operator Experience

Lathe Operator Experience

Welding Operator Experience

Power Tools Experience

Refrigeration Certification
