Regulatory Affairs Project Manager DACH (m/f/d)

Based in Vienna or Herrenberg

Your responsibilities:

  • Regulatory responsibility for an interesting and diverse OTC portfolio in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Planning and handling of regulatory life-cycle activities with a focus on OTC medicines and food supplements
  • Provide medical and scientific support for our brands incl. claims support, support for creation of promotional material, trainings for sales force and HCPs, responses to medical enquiries from customers/consumers
  • Provide mandatory labelling elements
  • Approval of promotional material and labelling
  • Responsibility as Drug Information Officer in DE and/or AT
  • Responsibility for product compliance with regulatory framework
  • Monitoring and interpretation of legal provisions for the relevant product categories
  • Communication with authorities and associations within the Regulatory Affairs network across DACH
  • Close cooperation with local Marketing and Sales departments and with the Central functions in our business unit Consumer Self-Care International
  • Active support of DACH teams and international project teams, e.g. regarding new product launches and product changes
  • Lead regulatory projects
  • Active contribution to the permanent optimization of processes and procedures in a newly created organisational structure of the DACH Cluster

Your profile:

  • Master degree in natural sciences, preferably pharmacy, chemistry, biology or similar degree.
  • Several years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs in an OTC environment
  • Experience in Drug Advertising and qualification as Drug Information Officer Germany and/or Austria welcome
  • Profound knowledge of the regulatory environment on national (Austria, Germany, Switzerland) and EU level
  • Languages: fluent in German and English (both written and spoken),
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Distinct team spirit, communicative skills
  • Reliability, engagement, pro-active mindset, innovative and analytical thinking
  • Outcome-oriented, precise and independent way of working
  • Costumer and consumer oriented mindset
