Role purpose
You will be responsible for acceleration of Ecommerce,  driving incremental sales and the integration channel development within the Omnichannel Perrigo channel strategy
Lead the e-commerce team spreading the digital transformation throughout the company

Assists in planning and implementing sales to specific major accounts where cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and account management skills are critical


Key responsibilities

  • Explode in E-commerce with sustainable growth / business model for the future
  • Maximize the aggressive growth and continue to grow our topline sales of e-commerce
  • Execute with excellence the new commercial strategy and segmentation
  • Deliver perfect online execution (Distribution, Availability, Visibility & Desirability) and operational excellence
  • Synchronize eCommerce Promo Plan with media and offline promo plan to massify impact and alleviate risk of price channel conflicts
  • Maintain the profitability of the channel by applying the new commercial strategy and investing more in the winning customers (Amazon, Top pure players and potential new customers)
  • Embed eCommerce at every step of product development, pricing, promotional planning and advertising
  • Deliver successful format management and drive channel differentiation (eCom exclusive Skus, virtual bundling to drive up price mix, Amazon basket to improve retailer profitability on low-facial value ranges)
  • Assists in the planning, establishment, and maintenance of account relationships within assigned named/key accounts
  • Monitors competitors activity in each account and participates in the development and implementation of appropriate response strategies
  • Develops the personal and technical capabilities of the e-Commerce team to meet business needs.
  • Works with Senior Management to identify business priorities and assigns resources accordingly

    Your profile
  • University Degree in a related field
  • Typically, a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience required
  • Advanced English skills are desirable
  • Ability to solve problems and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial minded, creative, forward thinking, innovative, flexibility and can-do attitude
  • Ability to own projects and assume responsibility without hand-holding
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
