Description

Due to the internal promotion of the previous job holder, we are now looking for a talented and already experienced, HR Business Partner, based in our Leeds Manufacturing site, with joint responsibility for our distribution centre in Barnsley.

Direct responsibility of the HR Officer and Leeds Reception, our  HRBP will be an individual who is  focused on delivery day-to-day activities and objectives, and making an impact from an operational perspective.   We don't necessarily need you to have a pharma industry background, however you must understand the required need for compliance and quality within the workplace.

Like all good HR professionals, we need you to be  flexible and open to change at a fast pace, so experience in change management is essential,.

In your role you will partner with managers to ensure their functions have the appropriate structure and capability in place to deliver against the business plans and continue to build and engage their talent to optimise results, as well as supporting cross UK HR projects, or processes, in a range of possible areas from engagement to HR systems, to compensation and benefits, including efficiency improvements.

Someone who is confident in supporting and delivering  training to managers and employees  across your business areas

It requires someone who already is comfortable with  HR systems, such as HCM, to keep information up to date and use information outputs in the form of reports to spot trends, drive strategic decision making and changes required.
