Staffordshire to Milton Keynes

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Pharmacy Business Development Representative who has a genuine desire to collaborate with their customers to find joint value solutions whilst making a positive difference to the performance of their territory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for independent and regional pharmacies and we are looking for someone who will manage the territory as if it is their own business!


You must have a full clean driving license - a car will be part of the benefits that go with this role.

Perrigo is looking for a lively team member that can demonstrate a passion for working under their own initiative.

Previous sales in an FMCG environment is desirable, but not essential. More importantly we are looking for someone that is aligned to Perrigo’s core values of Respect, Responsibility and Integrity, and would welcome applicants with a pharmacy or nursing background.

The role is home based with daily travel to customers on your territory. You will have autonomy to make your own decisions with the support of your line manager, with the aim being to effectively manage a portfolio of existing accounts where your key responsibility will be to build distribution points, educate pharmacy staff to drive recommendation and secure optimum display in-store.  Ultimately the role is about finding value-based solutions, ensuring a long-term relationship that delivers on your customers’ needs and the business’ key performance indicators.

We are looking for a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills are also beneficial to help with directional planning and key decision making.  This could be a great introduction to Sales and would be a development opportunity for someone who wants to understand the fundamentals of account management.
