Working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, we have a role in our Vauxhall Bridge office, where we are looking for an office Coordinator who has excellent PC skills, phone manner and a Can Do Attitude.

In this role you will be reporting to the Executive's PA, and supporting the Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of the office; i.e., ordering of stock (stationary, tuckshop, adhoc items for the office), arranging couriers, handling internal & external mail, handling deliveries etc

This is quite a varied role and it's important to have someone with excellent organisation and planning skills, strong administration skills, with a good level of IT skills, together with  great work ethics.
