Regulatory Affairs Project Manager DACH (m/w/d)  Part-time 80%

Based in  Vienna or Herrenberg

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning and handling of regulatory activities for an interesting and diverse OTC portfolio of medicinal products, medical devices, food, food supplements, cosmetics and biocides.
  • Regulatory responsibility for local brands in Switzerland and for DACH brands in Switzerland/Germany/Austria with a focus on medicinal products
  • Responsibility for product compliance with regulatory framework
  • Communication with authorities and associations within the Regulatory Affairs network, with a focus on Switzerland
  • Monitoring and interpretation of legal provisions for various product categories, with a focus on Swiss regulatory requirements
  • Cooperation with teams across DACH and international project teams
  • Lead regulatory projects
  • Provide scientific support for our brands:
    • support development of promotional material and training material for sales force and health care professionals
    • support and train sales force team
    • support consumer service team in responding to scientific enquiries
  • Approval of promotional material and labelling
  • Active contribution to the permanent optimization of processes and procedures in a newly created organisational DACH Cluster structure


 Your profile:

  • Master degree in natural sciences, preferably pharmacy, chemistry, biology or similar degree.
  • Several years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs
  • Experience in Drug Advertising and qualification as Information officer Germany and/or Austria welcome
  • Profound knowledge in Regulatory Affairs Switzerland and EU
  • Languages: fluent German and English (both written and spoken), French and Italian are of advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
