Procurement Financial Analyst

This position reports to the Senior Procurement Finance Manager with responsibility for providing financial and SAP system expertise to the Global Procurement and Operations Finance teams. This position is expected to understand PPV, budgeting, SAP functionality and all other procurement related functions that will support the strategic team globally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate under limited day to day supervision as they are expected to be leaders, problem solvers, and follow through on their daily activities in a fast-paced environment without detailed supervision.
  • Understand PPV, Perrigo budgeting, cost saving initiatives and all other procurement related functions that will support the strategic team globally.
  • Participate in the quarterly forecast and annual budgets for Perrigo’s Consumer Self Care Americas (CSCA)
  • SAP Pricing and Data Management.
  • Act as Perrigo’s SAP subject matter expert (SME) and provide financial and SAP expertise to the Directors and Sourcing Managers within Global Procurement.
  • Provide support and analysis to the relevant sourcing teams.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Perrigo’s financial business model along with the processes associated with each unique business area (raw materials, packaging, preprint, external manufacturing) within each Perrigo facility.
  • The analyst must be able to prioritize, work through interruptions, and multi- task to meet goals and timelines.

Experience Required

  • Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with minimum 3 years working experience in a business, financial, or SAP environment preferred. 
  • BS or BA degree in finance, business, procurement, or related field.
  • SAP knowledge, Power BI and Advanced Microsoft Office skills. 
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Procurement experience is a plus.
