As a Master Data Co-ordinator you will be responsible for creating and maintaining critical master data in our SAP system to ensure compliant flow of material through the supply chain. 

The primary focus of this role will be creation and maintenance of Material Masters and Bills of Materials across a portfolio of products in support of New Product Introductions and technical/regulatory changes for established products. You will also support on some Customer Master activities.

You need to ensure that the master data is complete, accurate and maintained so there are no interruptions to product manufacture and supply. In addition, you will process data efficiently and will follow predefined processes to ensure consistency and compliance.

You will be required to work closely and develop strong relationships with other business functions such as Artwork, Finance, Packaging Technology, Planning, Procurement, production, Quality and Regulatory.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience,

  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good communication and team working skills.
  • Methodical and structured way of thinking
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to solve complex problems despite ambiguous or incomplete information.
  • Ability to work under pressure and able to adapt to changing priorities by planning and prioritising.
  • Experience of SAP and MS Office applications would be desirable.
  • Experience within supply chain, manufacturing/packaging and or working within a GMP controlled environment would be advantageous.
