Compensation:  $100K - $125K + commission
Our client has created a unified patient engagement solution designed to handle all patient communications and clinic workflows with the typical frustration. Their mission is to help healthcare organizations streamline workflows and reduce workloads to give their staff and patients what matters most: an effortless experience for empowered healthcare.
They are currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join their growing team.  This person will sit remotely anywhere in the US and will be a hands-on sales rep, without management responsibilities to start.  The idea is to grow a team around this person as the team expands. 
As the Sales Manager, your daily duties will consist of:
  • New customer development: Identify, uncover, and develop account opportunities.
  • Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the organization.
  • Qualify prospects effectively to optimize the sales cycle.
  • Upsell, cross-sell, negotiate and close deals.
  • CRM: Track all opportunities and customer details in the CRM. Prepare reports on goals, sales and prospects.
  • Leadership: Once established, builds the partnership function for the organization through hiring, team building, managing and working cross-functionally with staff and management on corporate partner related programs to achieve goals.
As the Sales Manager, your background should include:
  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically in the MedTech SaaS industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, high energy and a customer-focused background
  • Proven professional history of achieving sales quotas on a consistent basis
  • Proficient in productivity applications and CRM tools
  • Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working
  • High energy and customer-focused approach
  • Analytical mind with strong math skills and keen business senses
