Director, Operations
Location:  Remote (US)
Salary:  $100,000 - $125,000

Our client’s telehealth platform connects physicians with their chronic pain/SUD and obesity patients daily by tracking medication compliance and care plan adherence through an easy-to-use, clinically validated app. They provide physicians with detailed patient insight, a HIPAA-compliant clinical dashboard, and tools for medication monitoring.

They are looking for a Director, Operations in both a strategic and hands-on role to develop and implement policies to support the company’s growth plans, as well as lead training efforts. 

As the Director, Operations, you will:

  • Support executive leadership team to establish and achieve the client’s strategic operating plan with overall accountability and responsibility for day-to-day practice partner relationship management and operations.

  • Oversee all aspects of company operations to ensure all team members are working towards deliverables and timelines with ultimate accountability for the team's performance in achieving performance goals.

  • Implement best practices and technologies to optimize accurate and compliant practice partner revenue capture.

  • Manage new client/user training on the platform.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain patients, focusing on targeted demographics and referral sources.

  • Enhance patient experience through the implementation of patient-centered care initiatives and process improvements.

  • Develop and report performance data regularly to reinforce successes and pinpoint opportunities for improvement at a practice and physician level.

As the Director, Operations, your background should include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration required; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in Operations and progressive leadership experience in healthcare value-based care provider preferred.

  • Start-up experience preferred.

  • Strong preference for experience in healthcare technology companies.

  • Proven capability to be results-oriented and lead operations at scale.

  • Proven experience recruiting, developing and leading high-performing teams in a complex matrixed organization structure.

  • Track record of successful fiscal and operating leadership; demonstrated financial expertise.

  • Proven ability to identify and define business problems and issues and develop strategic and financial frameworks.

  • Powerful communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to influence and impact results at all levels internally and externally.
