VP Product Management – SaaS B2B
Location:  Dallas is preferred; anywhere in the US is an option
Compensation:  $220K - $245K DOE
 
 
Our client is B2B commerce platform SaaS provider. They provide a streamlined and automated process for their customer’s B2B customer experience.  Their service offers automated processes through an on-line portal for customers with <$5B in revenue. They are a leader in a niche environment and moving from a feature factory provider to a leadership focus. Their vision is to transform how companies buy and sell to other companies.
 
They are looking for a VP Product Management to focus on process improvement, internal team structure, and product development to launch roadmap.  You are someone with a growth mindset, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to assess and create structure and processes.  You work well across cultures, countries and functional groups
 
What you will be challenged with:
  • Leading and motivating the team in the transition away from the factory feature focus
  • Process improvement – setting up new internal structures
  • Creating new product roadmaps
  • Evaluate existing opportunities and look for new ones
  • Your first 90 days will focus on learning and assessing what is in place now (processes, products, teams) and starting to set up the structure and roadmap for the future
