Sr IT Support Engineer
Location:  Remote (US)
Salary:  $70K - $90K
 
Our client’s telehealth platform connects physicians with their chronic pain/SUD and obesity patients daily by tracking medication compliance and care plan adherence through an easy-to-use, clinically validated app. They provide physicians with detailed patient insight, a HIPAA-compliant clinical dashboard, and tools for medication monitoring. 
 
They are looking for a Sr IT Support Engineer to join their growing team. This is a full-time position and can sit remote anywhere in the US. 

 

 
As the Sr IT Support Engineer, you will assist in the following areas:
  • Client Support 
    • Respond to Client issues/feature requests 
    • Log trouble tickets to resolution (allowing us to review requests, find consistent pain points) 
    • Work with managed services team on Level II/III issues 
    • Support onsite client staff as they train and setup sandbox environments 
  • Internal Support 
    • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues 
    • Format Excel worksheets 
    • Set up DocuSign, Zoom meetings, etc. 
    • Answer all technical related questions 
  • Training and Sales Support 
    • Handle initial sales calls as sales team expands; TSC available for later presentations or big opportunity calls 
    • Provide coverage for trainings when others are not available 
  • Operations 
    • Setup new client and assets for various company branding 
    • Customize collateral 
    • Create sandbox/live environments 
    • Account creation 
    • Internal employee onboarding, software setup, email & other accounts, etc. 
  • Analytics / Product Development 
    • Ad-hoc answers to staff queries  
    • Attend Dev Team scrum meeting 
    • Assist with building product backlog based on incoming/staff requests 
As the Sr IT Support Engineer, your background should include:
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.  
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support roles. 
  • Experience working with technologies such as MS Office, Zoom, DocuSign, etc. 
  • Start-up experience preferred.  
  • Strong preference for experience in healthcare technology companies.  
  • Experience being customer-facing and presenting to customers and senior management. 
  • Basic analytic and SQL knowledge preferred.
