The PENTA Building Group is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator or Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team of six in Las Vegas, NV! This role is an in-person position with a flexible work schedule and potential future options to relocate to Phoenix, AZ or Southern CA.

 

The Marketing Coordinator/Senior Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing and communications initiatives, and support the business development team and activity on both the corporate and regional levels.

 

At PENTA, a Marketing Coordinator/Senior Marketing Coordinator will:

  • Marketing:

    • Provide support in developing and implementing marketing research and a marketing and communications plan, including cohesive and strategic direction, process efficiencies and planning.
  • Communications:

    • Organize, assist with, and support special company and project-related events, such as groundbreakings, mixers, networking activities, conferences, speaking engagements, etc., with photography and promotional items, as well as coordination for potential related PR opportunities.
    • Work closely with external PR/Communications agency and collaborate with internal staff to promote events; submit for company, project, and professional awards; develop and support thought leadership efforts; suggest content for and approve social media posts; and other professional communications to promote PENTA’s brand.
  • Preconstruction/Business Development Support:

    • Collaborate with project pursuit lead and teams to create and update narrative and graphics for project pursuits, including company information packages, qualifications, proposals, and interview materials/presentations, and input information into the CRM system for future go/no go decisions and pursuits.
    • Manage the proposal production process and track status after submittals.
  • Administration, Reporting, New Initiatives:

    • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing Department runs smoothly, and communications are effective.
    • Develop and manage the client relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry, and design and implement a digital asset management system.
    • Provide support in preparing monthly and quarterly reports for marketing, communications, and business development. Prepare and track marketing performance metrics.
    • Manage, administer, and conduct special projects in collaboration with others to support company and department initiatives.
    • Ability to work with, develop, implement, and maintain company-wide marketing and brand standards, with regular audits of deliverables.

 

We trust that you have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and communications in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction (AEC) industry, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field; or alternatively 5 years of experience in marketing and communications in the AEC industry.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is required (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to work efficiently on a PC.
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) and digital asset management (DAM) programs.
  • Collaborative, positive attitude as a team player who can identify and support big picture thinking and department initiatives with high level of organization and ability to work independently.
  • Highly skilled in time management and the ability to be flexible/multi-task to quickly shift direction to meet multiple project deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Graphic design skills are a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for occasional local business travel. Some business travel required (approx. 5%), primarily to regional offices in Phoenix, AZ, and Southern CA.
