The PENTA Building Group is searching for an in-house Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Las Vegas, NV!  This position is fully in-person at our office.
 
The Recruiter plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet PENTA’s growing needs. This individual should have exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for connecting talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities. 
 
 
At PENTA, a Recruiter will: 
 
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future roles.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
    • Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide guidance on market trends, hiring strategies, and best practices.
  • Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
    • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
    • Conduct thorough screenings and initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Represent PENTA in a professional and engaging manner, showcasing our culture and values.
    • Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry meetups to strengthen our employer brand.
  • Process Management:
    • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor and improve recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, etc.).
  • Department Support:
    • Perform special assignments as needed to support the Human Resources team.
    • Other Duties as assigned.

  • This position is fully in-person at our Las Vegas, NV office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required). 
  • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
