The PENTA Building Group is searching for a Compliance Administrative Assistant to join our Project Accounting team in Las Vegas, NV!
 
A Compliance Administrative Assistant is accountable for providing administrative support to the Project Accountant and Contract Admin team by tracking and ensuring compliance related items are current and filed accordingly.
 
A PENTA Compliance Administrative Assistant will also:
  • Perform administrative and clerical work to assist Project Accountant and Contract Administrator team.
  • Track monthly safety hours.
  • Track and ensure compliance related items are current and saved in proper job folders.
  • Pick up subcontractor checks from Accounting.
  • Communicate with subcontractors.
  • Schedule office supply orders and manage/maintain inventory.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned that may not be listed here.
 
We trust that you have:
  • Minimum 1-2 years prior administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Construction industry admin experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational and time management
  • Experience with follow-up and monitoring of work to ensure quality standards and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt well to changes in assignments and priorities
  • A positive attitude and team player mindset
