We are actively seeking an experienced Channel Marketing Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in channel marketing, partner enablement, business development and demand generation. This role will be responsible for driving new business growth with our portfolio of muti-tiered partners through strategic marketing initiatives, partner communications, and collaborative programs that drive measurable results.
As a Channel Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
Channel Alliance Management
- Manage go-to-market strategies for 10 tier 3-5 partners
- Drive new business development with assigned partners through targeted campaigns and initiatives
- Build and execute comprehensive go-to-market programming to increase partner engagement
- Align and engage sales teams on partner initiatives to ensure consistent execution
- Drive demand generation activities through partner channels
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), coordinate field events, and lead target account planning
- Track and report on influenced revenue with each partner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner marketing teams
Partner Field Marketing
- Collaborate with partners on joint field marketing activities
- Develop co-branded event strategies that align with both Peloton and partner objectives
- Coordinate with Corporate Marketing Events team on logistics for partner events
- Create partner-specific marketing assets and collateral
- Design and execute account-based marketing programs with partners
- Manage partner marketing development funds (MDF) effectively
Channel Communications
- Produce weekly partner win announcements: Working with corp marketing
- Research opportunities in Salesforce
- Build pipeline through proactive outreach
- Gather information from sales and practice teams
- Collect details via intake forms
- Design and build Eloqua email communications
- Manage distribution lists
- Send communications and track results
- Report on performance and manage data hygiene (bounces, SF updates)
- Communicate results to sales leadership
- Create weekly go-live announcements following similar workflow
- Develop and distribute monthly partner newsletters: with similar workflow
- Research and gather relevant content
- Design and format newsletter
- Manage distribution and reporting
Partner Enablement
- Develop and maintain partner-specific marketing playbooks
- Create sales enablement materials for internal teams about partner capabilities
- Design and deliver partner training on Peloton offerings and value propositions
- Build co-selling materials to support joint sales efforts
- Develop and maintain partner success stories and case studies
- Create partner-specific presentations and proposal templates
Partner Program Management
- Help define tiering criteria and benefits for channel partners
- Support onboarding process for new partners
- Monitor partner performance metrics and provide regular reporting
- Identify opportunities for program improvements
- Manage partner marketing certifications and requirements
- Coordinate with Alliance team on partner relationships
Partner Campaign Management
- Design multi-touch campaigns for partner audiences
- Collaborate with partners on joint campaigns targeting shared prospects
- Execute campaigns through marketing automation platforms
- Track and report on campaign performance
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Ensure proper lead management and follow-up processes
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 5+ years of experience in channel marketing or partner marketing roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing programs
- Strong experience with partner enablement and co-marketing initiatives
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred)
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting on channel marketing ROI
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across organizational boundaries
- Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented with focus on driving measurable business outcomes

- Ability to travel at least 20% for partner meetings and events
Additional Desired Skills:
- Experience in technology or consulting services marketing
- Knowledge of Cloud applications solutions and services
- Experience with tiered partner programs and partner development
- Demonstrated success in influencing revenue through channel marketing activities
- Experience with partner marketing development funds (MDF) management
