Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experience Oracle Cloud Risk Management & Security Lead Consultant to play a hands-on role in a high growth practice area.
As a Risk Management Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Developing an understanding of a client’s current state security and risk management posture, and designing comprehensive, future-state recommendations.
- Architecting, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules, including Advanced Access Controls (AAC), and Advanced FInancial Controls (AFC).
- Conducting Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and design, and implementing controls withing Oracle RMC to prevent and detect policy violations.
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements to align security and risk management best practices with the implemented Oracle Cloud solution.
- Defining and refining security and risk policies and procedures, ensuring ongoing compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Developing automated controls to monitor critical configurations and financial transactions for policy violations and unauthorized changes.
Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of Peloton's processes and intellectual property, with a focus on Oracle security and risk management. - Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP and/or SCM Projects, with a minimum of two end to end implementations in Oracle Cloud/Fusion.
- Strong hands on implementation experience in Oracle Cloud ERP and/or SCM
- In depth, hands on implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Security and Risk Management modules, including extensive knowledge of security features and functionality.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex security and risk challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and team members.

- Must be willing to travel.
Additional Desired Skills:
- Experience with other governance, risk and compliance tools such as fastpath or safepaas.
- Oracle specific certifications related to Security or Risk Management cloud.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, or ISO 27001.
