Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle HCM Time and Labor/Absence Consultant to play a hands on role in a new, high growth practice area.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The consultant will work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include:

• Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations based on Oracle’s best business practices
• Recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution
• Defining new and refining existing business processes
• Leading implementation of Oracle Cloud module(s)
• Working with third party consultants to scope integration touchpoints, such as time capture devices
• Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property

Required Experience & Skills

• Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree or experience in HCM
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
• 3+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Time & Labor, including Timecard Layouts, Time Calculations Rules, Timecard Approval Workflow, Self-Service, Mobile Responsive and Classic UX, Web Clock, and Delivered Oracle Cloud Time & Labor Reports
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor implementations
• Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Time & Labor with Oracle Cloud Payroll and Oracle Projects
• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud Time & Labor with 3rd party payroll systems
• Experience implementing Absence Management, including Accrual Calculations, Eligibility Profiles, Self-Service Plan Enrollment, and Integration to Oracle Time and Labor and Oracle Projects.
• Experience writing detailed functional specifications for Fast Formulas, integrations, and custom reports
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients

Additional Desired Skills

• Current Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor Certification
• Current Oracle HCM Absence Management Certification
• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud Time & Labor with Time Devices (i.e., timeclocks or other time capture systems)
• Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Time & Labor in Canada and other countries outside US
• Experience implementing other Oracle Cloud HCM Modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits
• Experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM security
• Experience with HR compliance reporting and global compliance (GDPR and ITAR a huge plus)
• Experience mentoring junior staff
