Salary: $35.00 per client hour, Differential rates for administrative work and travel
About the Role
Clarvida is hiring a Outpatient Mental Health Counselor in Pottsville, PA. This full‑time role offers competitive hourly rates, travel compensation, and opportunities for licensed clinicians to earn more than the non‑licensed scale. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will provide individual and family therapy inside the outpatient clinic, maintain timely clinical documentation, ensure compliance with state/local regulations—all aligned with Clarvida’s person‑centered, trauma‑informed care model.
Responsibilities
● Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload
● Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
● Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements
● Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to school‑based mental health services
● Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support clients

Required Qualifications
● Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical field from an accredited institution
● Verified clinical practicum or internship completed
